About the Norfolk Civil Protection Volunteers

Welcome to the Norfolk Civil Protection Volunteers’ website. We are a friendly group of volunteers who support Broadland and North Norfolk District Councils and the Emergency Services when they have an emergency.

We operate on a 24/7 pager system out of our Depot in Aylsham and aim to be anywhere in Norfolk within a few hours. To find out the kind of activities we get up to, click on the ‘News’ link. It will give you a flavour of the last three months’ events.

N.C.P.V. are always looking for volunteers. We need a wide range of skills to help keep ourselves and our equipment on the road (from catering to engineering, for example!).
